হিলি (দিনাজপুর) প্রতিনিধি: দীর্ঘদিন পর আবারো হিলি স্থলবন্দর দিয়ে ভারত থেকে আমদানি হচ্ছে মাস্ক মিলন (বাঙ্গি) ফল। আমদানিকারকরা বলেন দেশের বাজারে চাহিদা থাকায় ভারত থেকে এই ফল আমাদনি করা হচ্ছে। আমদানির ফলে সরকারের রাজস্ব বৃদ্ধির সঙ্গে বন্দর কর্তৃপক্ষের আয় বাড়বে বলে আশা করছেন সংশ্লিষ্টরা।
বৃহস্পতিবার (২৭ ফেব্রুয়ারী) দুপুরে হিলি স্থলবন্দর দিয়ে ভারতীয় একটি ট্রাকে প্রায় ৮ টন ৭শ কেজি মাস্ক মিলন নিয়ে একটি চালান দেশে প্রবেশ করে। ভারত থেকে মাস্ক মিলন আমদানি করছে রোশনি ট্রেডার্স নামের একটি আমদানিকারক প্রতিষ্ঠান।
আমদানিকারকের প্রতিনিধি অহিদুল রহমান রিপন বলেন, আসন্ন রমজানে দেশে বিভিন্ন ধরনের ফলের বাড়তি চাহিদা থাকে। সে চাহিদার কথা বিবেচনা করে আজ প্রথমবারের মতো ভারত থেকে মাস্ক মিলন আমদানি করা হয়েছে। প্রথম চালানে ৮ টন ৭শ কেজি মাস্ক মিলন আমাদানি হয়েছে।
এই সব মাস্ক মিলন ফলটি রাজধানী ঢাকাসহ দেশের বিভিন্ন স্থানে সরবরাহ করা হবে।
