টাঙ্গন ডেস্ক : বিএনপি’র মহাসচিব মির্জা ফখরুল ইসলাম আলমগীর বলেন বিএনপিকে টার্গেট করে একটি প্রচারনা করা হচ্ছে, সবচেয়ে বেশী প্রচারনা করা হচ্ছে বিএনপি আগে নির্বাচন চায়, তারপর সংস্কার চায় অথবা সংস্কার চায় না, নির্বাচন চায়। এটা একটা ভ্রান্ত ধারনা সৃষ্টি করা হচ্ছে। আমরা বার বার করে একটা কথাই বলছি, আমরাই তো সংস্কারের প্রবক্তা, আমরাই সংস্কার চেয়েছি। আমরা আমাদের যে ৩১ দফা দিয়েছি, সেটার সাথে একটা দুইটা গর্ভমেন্টের সংস্কার প্রস্তাবের অমিল রয়েছে।
বুধবার (২ এপ্রিল) দুপুরে ঠাকুরগাঁও শহরের তাঁতীপাড়া মহল্লায় তার পৈত্রিক বাড়ীতে সাংবাদিকদের সাথে বিনিময়কালে তিনি এসব কথা বলেন।
মির্জা ফখরুল বলেন জনগণকে বিভ্রান্ত করা হচ্ছে, আমরা বলছি নির্বাচন অবাধ, সুষ্ঠু, নিরপেক্ষ করার জন্য ননূন্যতম যে সংস্কার গুলো করা দরকার সেটা করতে হবে। সংস্কারের দাবী তো আমাদের। ২০১৬ সালে ভিশন ২০৩০ তে আমরা রাষ্ট্র কাঠামোয় যে পরিবর্তন গুলো করা দরকার সে কথা গুলো আমরা তখনই বলেছি।
তিনি বলেন আমরা বলছি যে, অবাধ, সুষ্ঠু, নিরপেক্ষ ও গ্রহণযোগ্য নির্বাচনের জন্য যে মিনিমাম সংস্কার গুলো করা দরকার সে গুলো করতে হবে। যেমন- নির্বাচন ব্যবস্থা এমনি এমনি সংস্কার হয় না। নির্বাচন কেন্দ্রীক যে সংস্কার নির্বাচন কমিশন, নির্বাচন ব্যবস্থা, দুই নম্বর ল এন্ড ওয়ার্ডার আইন-শৃঙ্খলা, তিন নম্বর জুডিসিয়াল রিফর্ম এটা অবশ্যই করতে হবে, তিনটা মাষ্ট। ছয়টা বেসিক রিফর্মের মধ্যে সবচেয়ে বেসিক রিফর্ম এই তিনটি।
ফখরুল বলেন আপনারা জানেন সরকারের যে নির্বাচন সংস্কার কমিশন যে প্রস্তাব দিয়েছে সেটার প্রতিটা ক্রস বাই ক্রস উত্তর দিয়েছি। আমরা অনুরোধ করেছি যে আমরা এ বিষয়ে কথা বলতে চাই। সরকার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে রাজনৈতিক দলগুলোর সাথে কথা বলবে। গণতন্ত্রকে বাদ দিয়ে বহুত্ববাদ আমাদের দেশের কয়টা লোক বুঝে। সংস্কার কারা করছে, কারা আনছে। এদেশের জনগনের সাথে সম্পর্ক কাদের, রাজনৈতিক দলগুলোর।
তিনি বলেন জামায়াত হউক, বিএনপি হউক, আওয়ামীলীগ হউক, জাতীয় পার্টি হউক, জাকের পার্টি হউক যারাই হউক সম্পর্ক জনগণের সাথে সম্পর্ক কার। আর যারা ষ্ট্রেট সংস্কারে খুব জ্ঞানি মানুষ, পন্ডিত্ব, বিশাল বিশাল ডিগ্রীধারী তাদের সম্মানও করি, প্রত্যাশা করি। তারা যদি জনগণের বাইরে কিছু করেন তাহলে সরি টু ছে, আমরা কিছু করতে পারবো না।
এ সময় জেলা বিএনপি নেতার নেতাসহ তৃণমূল নেতাকর্মীরা উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
